Vehicles are pressure washed on arrival enabling us to do an accurate assessment of the area of damage. This identifies the parts that need replacing or repaired. Any other non incident related damage will be recorded and quoted separately if required.

The vehicle will be placed in a designated repair bay, all displaced parts are placed into secure storage ready for re-assembly.

All panel repairs and replacements are carried out by fully qualified technicians using modern equipment.

Your vehicle will pass through final quality control. Each stage of repair is checked and signed by an ATA technician. The vehicle will receive a final complimentary valet, ensuring all key touch points are sterilised thoroughly.

After prepping the repaired and renewed panels, colour matching takes place using a laser spectrometer, before going to the spray booths to have environmentally friendly products applied.

All new and original parts will be retrieved from the vehicles designated parts bay and refitted to the vehicle. Alignment of parts is carried out to manufacturers specified recommendations.
