Customer First Response and Collection
On notification from the Insurance company we will attempt to contact the insured within 60 minutes.
This is our opportunity to impress on the insured that the stress will now be removed from them and that we will be their first contact.
We will ask the questions relevant to the claim and proceed to collect the damaged vehicle and deliver a courtesy car for them to use as their own for the duration of the repairs. If their vehicle is unroadworthy we will collect it within 24 hours, If roadworthy we will collect it as soon as possible and certainly within 7 to 10 days as per contractual agreement.
