Vehicle Valet and Quality Inspection

At this stage the vehicle will again be pressure washed and leathered dry, The interior will be vacuumed and all the windows will be cleaned.  

  After the valet has been completed a quality inspection of the repair will be carried out and once passed, The work sheet, Flow sheet, Parts sheet and supplier invoices will be passed to customer control.

The customer will now be contacted and arrangements made to return the vehicle and collect the courtesy car.

On returning the vehicle to the customer they will be presented with a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire which gives them the opportunity to appraise the repair process and to make any suggestions they feel necessary.

With the use of our computer controlled work shop system the repair process is monitored and logged at every stage enabling us to speedily and accurately answer customer queries.
